What?

So the other day ( by other day i mean a long time ago, months ) i had some friends visit. it was a Sunday and i was still in my church cloths when they called and told me to come to their hotel room down town. well i was getting off on their floor when a man approached me and asked if i worked there. the thought went through my head no you don't. my lips said "yes i do." so he proceeded to tell me how his air conditioning wasn't working and that i needed to get someone up there fast to fix it. i assured him that i would get right on it. he turned and started to walk away as did i. i went and had a party with my friends, while i don't know what ever happened to that man. i figure if your to lazy to go to the help desk, you deserve to not get help. am i right or wrong?

Maybe he had called the front desk and was waiting for the worker. Or maybe he was on his way to the front desk when he saw you. I think you need therapy for lying.

I have to agree that he got what was coming to him, he had a lot of options, call the front desk, stop at the front desk on his way out. By asking you to do it he bypassed important rules of hotel maintainence, "If a service is needed and therefore must be asked for, the request must be made a minumume of twice and never to the same person." When this rule is followed then things get done, when this rule is tossed in the wind then said action will not occure.
